We only collect what we need. That falls into three groups:

Information you give us when you join our mailing list: your email address, and your name if you choose to share it.
Standard usage data, if analytics are in use on the site: things like your IP address, the pages you viewed, the type of device and browser you used, and the cookies your browser sends. This is the ordinary technical data most websites collect to understand how the site is being used.
2. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
Respond to your inquiry and have a conversation with you.
Deliver the services you have hired us for.
Send marketing or newsletter emails, but only to people who asked to receive them.
Understand how the site is being used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below who help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us.
3. The tools and third parties we use
Some of the companies whose tools we use will handle your information on our behalf. Privacy law increasingly expects us to name them rather than hide behind vague language, so here they are:
Email and marketing platform: Kit (Kit.com, formerly ConvertKit), which stores the name and email address of mailing list subscribers and sends our emails.
Website analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Contact and nomination form processor: Web3Forms, which relays form submissions to our email inbox.
Website hosting: Cloudflare, which serves the website and, like any host, automatically logs standard technical data such as IP addresses as part of operating and securing the site.
Each of these companies has its own privacy practices. We choose providers that treat your data responsibly, but we encourage you to read their policies if you want the full picture.
4. How we use AI
We are an AI-integrated business. We use AI tools in our work and in how we run the company. We want to be straight with you about what that means for your information.
Here is the line that matters most: we do not feed your personal information into public AI models to train them, and we will not, unless you have clearly given us permission to do so. When we use AI tools internally, we use them in a way designed to keep your information private and under our control.

5. Your rights and choices
You have the right to ask us to:

Correct it if it is wrong.

6. Marketing emails
Every marketing email we send includes a clear way to unsubscribe and our physical mailing address, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending marketing emails. We may still email you about a service you have hired us for, because that is not marketing, it is us doing the work.

7. How long we keep your information

8. How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including limiting who can access it and choosing service providers who do the same. No method of storing or sending data online is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat your information with care.
9. Children
Our website and services are meant for adults running businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
As our business and the law change, we may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will do our best to let you know.
