Sixteen36 Co. is founded by Cacie Carganilla, a senior strategic operator who has spent nearly 15 years inside founder-led businesses, building systems, coaching business leaders, and empowering teams to scale.
Hey friends, I'm Cacie! Sixteen36 Co. was born out of three things I love doing: helping others, learning and building systems. After nearly 15 years in marketing and business across multiple industries, the core of my career has been about organizing chaos and streamlining operations more than anything. I've also always been drawn to leadership and entrepreneurship which led me to my Bachelor's of Science degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications with a minor in Entrepreneurship and certificate in Leadership Academy. Sixteen36 Co. is where all of it comes together.
Over the years I've ventured into entrepreneurship in various formats so I'm well acquainted with the weight of doing too much myself. As a marketing director and business coach, I've watched businesses stall - not because the vision was wrong, but because the infrastructure was lacking. And I've seen the powerful impact when the right systems finally click into place.
My Christian faith is also foundational to how I lead and partner with businesses: with intentionality, integrity, and a genuine belief that what we build should serve something larger than the bottom line.
In this AI-era, I want to support business owners in leveraging AI mindfully. There's a lot of information and offers out there; it's easy to get overwhelmed but it's also easy to get so excited we forget where to draw the line. It's our responsibility to keep control of our own humanity, and keep humanity at the forefront of our business.
That full scope of my experience and my heart - the strategic and the operational, the human and the technical - is what Sixteen36 Co. is built on and grounded in.
